    This new edition to the range - our Lambay Whiskey Single Grain - is a single distilled, bourbon barrel matured Irish whiskey, crafted with water from Lambay’s own Trinity Well. Matured for 5 years with notes of pear, ripe banana, hints of vanilla, toffee, acacia flower and honey, it finishes with a round, silky and sweet touch. 

    TASTE PROFILE OF LAMBAY SINGLE GRAIN 40°

    COLOUR: Straw Yellow with golden highlights
    AROMA: Fruity notes of pear and ripe banana with gourmet hints of vanilla and toffee
    TASTE: Round and silky smooth with a sweet touch
    FINISH: Lightly toasted finish

    RECOMMENDED SERVE
    Serve neat or over ice.
